At EJvendorz®, we stand behind the quality of our vendor bundles and digital products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Policy

All vendor bundles and supplier lists are digital products delivered instantly via email after purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Vendor bundles (including All Vendor Bundle, Elite Supplier Bundle, category bundles, etc.)
Digital downloads, guides, and instant access links
Any service or product marked as non-refundable at checkout

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted in limited cases such as:

Duplicate purchase (accidentally bought the same product twice)
Technical error on our side that prevented delivery of your order

If your order falls into one of these exceptions, contact us within 7 days of purchase at EJvendorz@gmail.com and we’ll review your request.

4. Order Issues

Check your spam/junk folder first.
If still missing, email us at EJvendorz@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll resend your vendor bundle.

5. Unauthorized Transactions

If you suspect fraud or unauthorized use of your payment method, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
